Valentin Florescu is an experienced IT Service Management professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently, as the IT Service Manager and IT Service Management Consultant at Dometic since April 2018, Valentin oversees the development of the IT Competence Center for EMEA, APAC, and AMER, while designing and implementing ITIL processes and managing IT operational activities. Prior to Dometic, Valentin contributed as an IT Service Management Consultant from August 2012 to March 2018, working on various projects for notable clients, including TIETO Czech Republic and TeliaSonera. Earlier roles at Asseco SEE and ITS Efficiency involved the design and implementation of ITIL processes for significant businesses like ING Bank and Mr Message Company. Valentin holds a degree in IT Management from Universitatea Româno-Americană din București and an Analyst Programmer diploma from Sf. Pantelimon.
