Owee Geok Choon, aged 51, Malaysian, was appointed to the Board of Dominant on 18 April 2003. He was appointed as Deputy Managing Director on 1 January 2010 and was redesignated as Deputy Managing Director cum Chief Executive Officer on 25 February 2015. On 1 September 2018, he was promoted to Managing Director. He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting from Monash University, Australia in 1993. He started his career with AIPL as an Export Marketing Executive. With his dedication and ability, he was later offered the position of General Manager in CTSB in 1996. Apart from overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Group, he is also responsible for the business development and implementation of marketing strategies for DEB.

Its Manufacturing Division consists of Premier Woodprofile Sdn Bhd, Bripanel Industries Sdn Bhd, Ecopanel Industries Sdn Bhd and Akati Wood (Vietnam) Co Ltd. Its Distribution Division consists of Combi Trading Sdn Bhd, Ikta Sdn Bhd, Kim Guan Impex Sdn Bhd, Jurihan Sdn Bhd, Akati Impex Pte Ltd and Green Panel Pty Ltd. Its Other Division consists of Wira Land Development Sdn Bhd and Damai Estate Sdn Bhd.
