Sara Arraes

Sara Arraes is an accomplished HR Analyst with extensive experience in human and organizational development. Currently employed at Domingues e Pinho Contadores since April 2019, Sara specializes in end-to-end recruitment and selection, strategic HR transition, training and development, and the creation of HR policies and projects. Previously, Sara held positions at Grupo LET, FAETEC, and Athos RH, where responsibilities included job advertisement dissemination and support in recruitment and selection routines. Sara holds an MBA in Leadership and People Management from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Centro Universitário Celso Lisboa.
