Suzanne Brauer has extensive experience in educational and community outreach initiatives, currently serving as Peace Center Staff for the Dominican Sisters of Peace since June 2014, where a neighborhood outreach center is being established in the Marlyville-Fountainbleau area, offering programs such as tutoring and senior services. Previously, from September 1993 to August 2005, Suzanne Brauer held the position of Director of Religious Education at St. Paul the Apostle Parish. Academically, Suzanne Brauer earned a Masters in the Science of Administration from the University of Notre Dame (1981-1984) and a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from Loyola University New Orleans (1974-1975).
