Courtney Lambrese's work experience includes several positions in the sports and fitness industry. In 2011, they worked as a Summer Camp Supervisor/Counselor for the City of Cranston, RI, where they supervised counselors and coordinated activities for campers. From 2014 to 2016, they served as the Student Director of Club Sports at the University of New England, where they directed and organized 18 club teams and managed the budget and equipment. In 2018, they began coaching positions, first as the Varsity Girl's Lacrosse Coach at North Smithfield Schools, where they organized and managed athletic activities and developed offensive and defensive plans. Courtney then became the Girls Varsity Volleyball Coach at North Attleboro High School, where they oversaw athletic activities, developed player conditioning programs, and promoted sportsmanship. In 2018 and 2019, they also worked as a Girl's Assistant Basketball Coach at Cranston Public Schools, with similar responsibilities to their previous coaching roles. In 2020, they joined Dominion Diagnostics as an Internal Account Manager. Most recently, they worked as an Intern at LifeStart, assisting with budget management, delivering webinars, and sales.

Courtney Lambrese has a strong educational background in the field of wellness and exercise science. Courtney earned a Bachelor's degree in Wellness and Exercise Science from Rhode Island College in 2014-2020. Following that, they continued their studies and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in the same field from Rhode Island College in 2016-2020. Additionally, Courtney pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Sport and Fitness Administration/Management at Lasell University from 2020 to 2021.

In terms of certifications, Courtney obtained the RIIL Certified Coach certification from the National Federation of State High School Associations in September 2018. Courtney also holds a CPR/AED/First Aid certification from the American Red Cross, which they obtained in August 2019.
