Lauren Tellier-Castellone has a strong background in the medical field, with experience in various roles throughout their career. Lauren began their career in 2007 as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist at Lifespan, where they worked for five years. In 2012, Lauren joined Genzyme as a Clinical Sample Specialist, and they stayed with the company until 2015. Lauren then moved on to the Rhode Island Blood Center, where they served as the Associate Director of Equipment & Validation, Quality Assurance & Compliance from 2015 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Clinical Laboratory Scientist at Dominion Diagnostics, a role they have held since 2019. Overall, Lauren has gained valuable experience and expertise in the medical and laboratory sciences throughout their career.

Lauren Tellier-Castellone obtained their Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from the University of Rhode Island, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Later, they pursued their Master's degree in Biotechnology at the same university from 2007 to 2011. Apart from their formal education, Lauren also holds a certification as an MLS (ASCP) from the ASCP Board of Certification.
