Robert M. Garvey, Jr.

Robert M. Garvey, Jr. joined Dominion Diagnostics in 2011 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Garvey has over 26 years of experience in healthcare, including over two decades of leadership in laboratory diagnostics and diagnostic imaging. Prior to Dominion Diagnostics, Mr. Garvey ran the Northeast division of Laboratory Corporation of America as the Senior Vice President, which generated over $800M in annual revenue. He drove the considerable organizational change to improve quality, service levels, and foster growth. Before his role at LabCorp, Mr. Garvey spent 12 years at Quest Diagnostics where he held various Vice President and General Manager roles. Early in his career, he held roles in sales and sales management at GE Healthcare.

Mr. Garvey has a proven track record of growing healthcare businesses and developing high-performing teams. Mr. Garvey holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

In his personal time, he enjoys scuba diving, golf, hockey, travel, reading, and spending time with his family.
