Clark Chappell

Clark Chappell is a Senior Business Development Analyst and GIS System Manager for Energy Generation Projects at Dominion Energy, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Clark served as an Environmental Project Manager and GIS Lead at Timmons Group from November 2011 to September 2025, where responsibilities included applying GIS to various engineering projects and developing the Solar Search Tool for identifying viable solar sites nationwide. Clark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Oceanography, with a focus on Chemical and Physical, from Old Dominion University.
