Simultaneously, Gary holds the position of General Manager in Business Development and Midstream at Dominion Energy since 2014, overseeing oil and gas midstream operations and asset management. Prior experience includes a role as Managing Director of Alternative Energy at Dominion Energy from 2009 to 2014, where Gary contributed to the establishment of initiatives in alternative energy and clean technology. Earlier in the career, Gary co-founded Agglite, a start-up focused on manufacturing lightweight aggregate from coal ash. Gary holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University and completed the Senior Executive Program at Columbia University.
