Latoya Asia

Latoya Asia Smith serves as the Vice President of Employee Engagement & Talent Strategy at Dominion Energy since December 2020, overseeing talent acquisition, workforce development, and diversity initiatives. Latoya has previously held roles such as Director of Talent Acquisition, Managing Counsel for Labor & Employment, and Global Head of Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging at various organizations. In addition to corporate roles, Latoya is an adjunct professor at Georgetown University and George Mason University, teaching courses on inclusion and diversity. Educational credentials include a J.D. from William & Mary Law School and a B.S. from Virginia Commonwealth University.
