Meghan Bagley

Meghan Bagley is a seasoned environmental compliance professional currently serving as a Senior Environmental Compliance Coordinator at Dominion Energy since October 2022. Prior to this role, Meghan held various positions including Geologist at Golder Associates from July 2017 to October 2022 and Physical Scientist at Richmond Public Schools from August 2016 to July 2017, where engagement in scientific communication was emphasized. Additional experience includes teaching science at Binford Middle School and working as a Wellsite Geologist at ALS Oil & Gas and Selman and Associates, contributing to the efficient completion of oil and gas wells through data evaluation and formation analysis. Meghan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology from James Madison University, where involvement as a Teaching Assistant enhanced skills in academic support and outreach.
