Stephen M. Parker

Stephen M. Parker, PE, currently serves as the Director of Asset Management at Dominion Engineering, Inc., a position held since July 2023. Prior to this, Stephen was the Manager of Asset Integrity Solutions at Structural Integrity Associates from July 2015 to July 2023, focusing on aging management solutions for nuclear power plant components. With extensive experience in fracture mechanics and aging management evaluations, Stephen has worked as a consulting engineer for electric utilities across the U.S., specializing in the assessment of piping, pressure vessels, and reactor vessel internals. Earlier roles included Senior Engineer at Westinghouse Electric Company and various internships, including work at Wacker Neuson SE and teaching assistance at Bucknell University. Stephen holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University.
