Bea Pearse

Bea Pearse, MBA, currently serves as Assistant Controller at Hourigan since October 2021 and has held the role of Senior Corporate Accountant at Dominion Enterprises since December 2017. With a strong foundation in accounting, Bea's previous experience includes positions as Property Accountant at The Franklin Johnston Group and Junior Accountant at Polypeptide Lab. Bea's expertise encompasses preparing financial statements, conducting reconciliations, managing accounts payable, and collaborating with operational staff to analyze financial data. A Master's Degree in Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University was obtained in 2014, enhancing Bea's skills in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and implementing process improvements within financial operations.
