Dustin A. Wells

Dustin A. Wells currently serves as the President of Wholesale at Dominion Financial Services, overseeing the strategy and growth of the Wholesale Mortgage/Lending platform. In addition to this role, Dustin acts as a Strategic Advisor for Swiched, focusing on Home Equity Agreements. As the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Owner of A&D Real Estate Investments, LLC, Dustin manages real estate investments utilizing DSCR financing for rental properties. Dustin also holds the position of CEO and Co-SNKR Head at Father and Sons Shoes and Collectibles, LLC, an online retailer specializing in new sneaker releases. Previously, Dustin served in leadership roles at Stronghill Capital, Wesley Mortgage, Knock, Keystone Bank, IBC Bank, and Lone Star National Bank, accumulating extensive experience in mortgage banking and operations. Dustin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Pre-Law from the University of Pittsburgh and completed management skills training through Dale Carnegie Leadership Training.
