Shaun Houser

Shaun Houser is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at Dominion Financial since January 2025. Prior to this role, Shaun held positions at Visio Lending, first as Corporate Counsel and then as Regulatory Compliance Counsel from August 2019 to January 2025. Previously, Shaun worked as Regulatory and Compliance Counsel for School Group from November 2018 to October 2020, and as an Attorney Advisor at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for a brief period in 2019. Shaun also has experience as a Compliance/Business Systems Integration Consultant at Farm Credit Bank of Texas and completed an Attorney Fellowship at ZMG Construction, Inc. Sean's legal journey began with internships at Morgan & Morgan, P.A., and UTC Aerospace Systems. Shaun earned a Doctor of Law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Oklahoma.
