Preston Morgan

Preston Morgan is responsible for evaluating, securing, and enforcing patent rights worldwide as Senior Vice President at Dominion Harbor. Preston has managed and enforced portfolios consisting of a wide variety of technologies, including image sensors, image and video processing, online identity authentication, big data, and more. His efforts have led his clients to receive millions of dollars in licensing fees.

Preston earned his JD from Texas A&M University School of Law, a top 10 Intellectual Property law program. While there he participated in the school’s patent clinic, which provides pro bono patent prosecution services directly to inventors. Preston also earned a B.S. in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University.
