Neal Route

Neal Route is a Vice President & Project Partner for Dominium. In this role, Route is responsible for assisting with new project development, acquisition, and financing. His daily responsibilities include working with the project partners in analyzing new projects, and negotiating with lenders, investors, and third party vendors. In addition, he prepares and coordinates financing and equity packages and assists with the construction management and design processes.

Route holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His professional affiliations include the University of Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association and the Urban Land Institute.
