Paul Telander

Paul Telander is a seasoned tax professional with over 20 years of experience in tax compliance and strategy development. Currently serving as Director of Tax at Dominium since May 2015, Paul oversees tax compliance and implements strategies that enhance the organization's financial success. Previously, as Tax Manager at Holiday Companies, Paul managed compliance for over 150 tax returns, reconstructed a decade of consolidated Accumulated Adjustments Account, and successfully secured $635K in grant funding. At Grant Thornton, Paul managed client accounts with annual revenues between $15 million and $650 million, identifying tax-saving opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Business Taxation from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
