Todd Urness

As Dominium’s General Counsel, Todd Urness serves as the company’s lead attorney and primary source of legal advice. He is responsible for developing and executing the company’s overall legal strategy.

Todd is one of the nation’s foremost tax credit financing and syndication attorneys and has a strong track record of advising Dominium on complex development and finance-related issues. He also has specific and substantial expertise in multifamily housing development and financing.

A practicing attorney and Certified Public Accountant, Todd is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association, Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has been named to the Best Lawyers in America© list for both Tax Law and Real Estate Law, as well as the Minnesota Super Lawyers© list. Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gustavus Adolphus College and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota.
