Sandra Wagner

Sandra Wagner has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sandra is currently working as the CS Operations Lead at Domino Data Lab since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Platform Services Delivery Manager at the same company from 2021 to 2023.

Before joining Domino Data Lab, Sandra held the position of Scrum Master Advisor at eviCore healthcare from 2021 to 2021. In this role, they coached teams on Scrum/Agile methods and used Azure DevOps to identify and resolve blockers and impediments.

From 2019 to 2021, Sandra worked at Express Scripts as a Sr ScrumMaster - Advisor / Agile Coach. In this role, they acted as a servant-leader for multiple distributed teams, creating custom training sessions and conducting virtual Roles & Responsibilities games to enhance team performance.

Sandra's earlier experience includes working as a Team Lead / Senior Solutions Architect / Scrum Master at Hitachi Vantara from 2016 to 2019, where they collaborated with stakeholders to incubate Best Practice documents and created templates and workflows using JIRA.

Prior to that, they served as a Senior Technical Writer / Scrum Team member at Pentaho from Hitachi Vantara from 2013 to 2016. Here, they worked closely with developers, product managers, and quality engineers, participating in Agile ceremonies and leading stand-ups.

Sandra began their career as a Technical Writer II at Lockheed Martin from 2009 to 2012, where they created technical manuals for the Department of Defense. Sandra also worked as a Tech Writer at Lockheed Martin during their time at the University of Central Florida.

Sandra'searly experience includes working as a Soffront Server Admin / Dispatcher at Atex from 2001 to 2005, where they maintained helpdesk servers and created tutorials for customers.

Overall, Sandra has a strong background in agile methodologies, technical writing, and leadership roles across various industries.

Sandra Wagner obtained a Bachelor's degree in English/Technical Communication from the University of Central Florida from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in Arts from Eastern Florida State College from 2005 to 2006. Additionally, they have acquired various certifications including Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) in 2020 and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) in 2019 from Scrum Alliance, and several others in subsequent years.
