Paul Kingerley

Paul Kingerley has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Paul started their career at Molins Tobacco Machinery, where they worked as a Technician Apprentice from July 1994 to June 1998. Paul then became a Continuous Improvement Engineer from July 1998 to September 1999.

Later, Paul joined Domino Printing in July 2002 as a Manufacturing Engineer until March 2004. Paul then transitioned to the role of a Supplier Quality Development Engineer from April 2004 to December 2004. In November 2005, they became a Senior Engineer in the Group Sourcing department and held this position until July 2007. From August 2007 to December 2010, they served as a Sourcing NPI Team Leader.

After that, Paul took on the role of NPI Sourcing Manager from January 2011 to December 2013. Paul was then promoted to Group Sourcing NPI Manager from January 2014 until September 2022.

From October 2022 to April 2023, Paul served as the Group Sourcing Manager (NPI) and CSR Pillar Lead (Society) at Domino Printing. Their most recent position is as the Head of Group Operations New Product Development and Strategy, starting in April 2023.

Therefore, Paul Kingerley has progressed through various roles at Domino Printing, demonstrating their strong expertise in sourcing, quality development, and product development throughout their extensive work experience.

Paul Kingerley obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Industrial and Business Systems from De Montfort University from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Isle College from 1996 to 1998, where they earned a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering. Paul also completed a Modern Apprenticeship in the Engineering Stream, earning an NVQ Level 4 from the Engineering and Marine Training Authority from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their educational qualifications, Paul Kingerley has obtained several certifications in leadership and management, auditing, and internal auditing from institutions such as The Institute of Leadership & Management, Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance, SGS, and BSI.
