Merrick Smith

Merrick Smith, SHRM-CP, serves as an HR Manager at Domino's, specializing in employee relations, conflict resolution, and unemployment claims. They held various roles at Domino's from 2016 to 2019, including Human Resources Business Partner and PeopleFirst Coach, where they collaborated with multiple teams to support HR needs and foster a positive work environment.
