Serge Grisard

Serge Grisard is the COO & Co-Founder at DomoHealth. Prior to this, they served as the Vice-Chairman at Vaxeal Holding SA from August 2009 to June 2019. Vaxeal Holding SA is a biotech start-up that focuses on the development of peptide-based vaccines for cancer, hepatitis, malaria, and Ebola. It is the parent company of Vaxeal Immunotherapy Ltd, Vaxeal Therapeutics Inc, Vaxeal IP Management, and Vaxeal France.

From December 2006 to January 2011, Serge was the Executive Director at MyAmego Healthcare Ltd. MyAmego Healthcare Ltd provides medtech and IT solutions in the wireless healthcare and telecare space with a focus on care solutions for dementia, Alzheimer's, and cognitive impairments in care homes and at home.

From April 2005 to May 2012, Serge served as a Board Member and later Executive Director at Toumaz Holdings (previously branded as "Toumaz Holdings"). Toumaz Holdings is an AIM-listed medical and consumer electronics company that specializes in investment arm, holding, and parent company services for Toumaz Technology Ltd., Frontier Silicon, Sensium Healthcare, Future Waves Ltd., Nanoscience Ltd., and more.

Currently, Serge serves as a Non Executive Director at Casa-Nova, Société coopérative de construction et d'habitation.

Serge Grisard has an MBA from IMD and an MSc in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Liège.

Serge Grisard reports to Guillaume DuPasquier, CEO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Philipp Buluschek - CTO, Maximilian Epple - Head of Services.
