Felipe Andrade

With more than 25 years of M&A, Asset Management and Capital Markets experience, together with a hands-on experience of over 10 years as an active Board Member in companies in Brazil, U.S., and UK, Felipe is a registered Asset Manager at the Brazilian securities commission, cVM. Led the execution of transactions over USSi billion in M&A, debt restructurings, private equity, and has managed over US$200 million in family and/or institutional investors. Started his career at Bankers Trust, Banco Pactual, having assumed senior positions at Barclays Capital (Associate Director, Debt Capital Markets), Flemings (Director, M&A/Restructurings), Broadspan Capital (Co-Founder and Managing Director), and BSPAR Finanças (Co-Founder and Managing Partner). Felipe has an MBA in Finance (class of 95) from Simon School of Business, University of Rochester. Felipe sits on the Board of Directors of Oceanpact Serviços Marítimos, Gardline Marine Sciences do Brasil (JV with Boskalis), and Ducoco Alimentos.
