Beth Saenz has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Beth started their career as the Director of Global Services at Brigham Young University, where they oversaw various IT support services. Beth then worked as an IT Operations Program Manager at Ancestry.com and as a Program Manager at Interbank FX. Beth later joined HARMAN International as an Engineering Program Manager, responsible for identifying and implementing best practices for new product development. Beth also held the position of Portfolio Manager, overseeing the project pipeline and resourcing plans. Beth continued their career at Samsung Electronics as an Enterprise Portfolio Manager. Currently, they are employed at Domo, Inc. as the VP of Engineering Operations, leading the engineering department.

Beth Saenz attended Brigham Young University from 2004 to 2007 and studied Business Administration and Management, General. Beth did not obtain a degree during this time. In addition to their formal education, Beth earned several certifications. In 2002, they received the ITIL Service Essentials certification from Pink Elephant and became a Certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance. The following year, they obtained the Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from Loyalist College and the Support Center Manager, Help Desk certification from the Help Desk Institute. In 2012, Beth obtained their PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from PMI, and in 2003, they acquired the ITIL Practitioner certification from Pink Elephant.
