Brett Corless has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Brett started their career with Convergys in 2004, where they worked as an Email/Phone Support representative until June 2011. During this role, they handled customer interactions and provided support through email and phone channels. From June 2011 to December 2014, Brett worked as a Quality Evaluator at Convergys, monitoring email and call interactions between agents and customers. Brett also provided quality assurance reporting and analytics.

In 2014, Brett joined Domo, Inc. as a Technical Advisor II, where they provided technical support and guidance to customers. In August 2019, they were promoted to the role of Support Manager at Domo, Inc., a position they hold currently. In October 2019, they passed the "Domo Professional Exam - Level 1" conducted by Domo, Inc. In May 2021, they earned the "High Performance Mindset" certification from Compete to Create. Lastly, in November 2022, they became "MajorDomo Certified" by completing the certification program offered by Domo, Inc.
