Makiko Akaba

Makiko Akaba has a diverse work experience in human resources and office management. Makiko started their career at Healthway Medical Group as an Office Manager from July 2015 to September 2018. Makiko then worked at JAC Recruitment Group as a Global Talent Specialist from December 2018 to November 2019. Following that, Makiko joined Domo, Inc. where they have held multiple roles including Talent Acquisition Specialist from December 2019 to November 2020, Human Resources Specialist from December 2020 to January 2022, Sr. Human Resources Specialist from February 2022 to January 2023, and currently works as an Associate HR Business Partner starting from February 2023.

Makiko Akaba completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature/Letters at Seisen University in Tokyo from 2011 to 2014.
