Francis STEPHAN

Francis STEPHAN has extensive experience in managerial roles within the real estate and urban development sectors. Currently serving as the Directeur général at Domofrance since 2017, Francis oversees operations for a subsidiary of Action Logement Immobilier, managing a portfolio of 42,000 housing units and a revenue of 250 million euros. Previously, as Directeur général at S.A. HABITELEM, Francis managed 5,000 housing units with an annual production of 250 units. Additionally, Francis held the position of Président Comité Exécutif at Immobilière Podeliha, and led the real estate division at Crédit Mutuel Arkéa. Early career experiences include a role as Directeur du Développement for major public projects at SCIC AMO - CDC and as an Assistant Parlementaire at the Assemblée nationale. Educational qualifications include advanced degrees in urban planning and local development economics from IERSO and the University of Bordeaux.
