Eric Loots

Eric Loots is a dedicated commercial brand trainer at Dompé, where responsibilities include training new hires for field readiness and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support ongoing education. Previously, Eric achieved recognition as a top-ranking key account manager and received multiple awards during tenure at Glaukos Corporation, including the Wholeness and 360 awards. With experience in surgical product representation and account management at notable companies like Bausch + Lomb and Alcon, Eric has consistently excelled in sales and training, leveraging a strong background in healthcare and vision care. Eric also serves as treasurer for Medfield Swim Club, contributing to community engagement. Education was obtained from Appalachian State University.
