Kim Lashley

Kim Lashley serves as the Sr. Area Sales Director-East at Dompé since July 2024, following a pivotal role as Regional Sales Director for the East Region in Ophthalmology at Horizon, where accomplishments included winning the 2022 Presidents Club and leading a significant sales team. Prior to that, Kim gained extensive experience at Amgen following its acquisition of Horizon in October 2023, maintaining responsibilities around promoting Tepezza™ for Thyroid Eye Disease and driving profitability through strategic sales initiatives. With a strong background as Area Business Director at TEVA Neuroscience, achievements included numerous Presidents Club recognitions and leadership in specialty pharmaceuticals focused on neurological disorders. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Oklahoma State University.
