Chhay Leng Trang has extensive experience in IT service management and system integration, currently serving as an Analyst System ITSAM at Domtar since March 2007. Responsibilities include integrating and interfacing systems in EasyVista, developing and supporting Tableau reports, maintaining the Flexera system, and participating in the architectural design and upgrade of EasyVista to the Oxygen version. Prior to this role, Chhay held positions at CGI as a Service Desk technician and subsequently as a 2nd level Support for Canada Poste, and at IBM as a Field Service Tech, supporting users with software and hardware issues.
