Domus Kids
Erica is a director of the Domus Knights school engagement program. She has worked for Domus in a variety of roles since 2007, including directing a residential program and serving on Domus' Sanctuary team to create and sustain a trauma-responsive organizational culture. Erica graduated from Norfolk State University; she has a certificate in motivational interviewing and was a 2016 Leadership Roundtable participant. Erica enjoys traveling, football, spending time with her family, and collecting shoes. She also volunteers on local political campaigns.
