David Burhans

David Burhans has over a decade of software engineering experience. David started their career in 2006 as a Software Engineer at Olim Technologies Group, where they worked primarily in C++ and .Net. In 2011, they were a Software Consultant at DCI Marketing and a Software Engineer at Vesuvius Technologies. At DCI, they used .Net WebForms and WinForms for real-time monitoring and updating of consumer-facing kiosks via WCF web services. At Vesuvius, they used agile principles to expand and improve a cutting-edge, high-volume, high-availability web site with real-time updates. In 2012, they were a Team Leader at Mango Moving, LLC, where they led a team to redesign core C# business software on a tight deadline. In 2013, they were a Software Engineer IV at Streetlinks National Appraisal Services LLC, where they performed critical maintenance and infrastructure-related updates. In 2014, they were a Software Engineer IV at CorvisaCloud, LLC, where they acted as a technical R&D lead to help design and create next-generation contact-center-as-a-service. In 2017, they were a Senior Lead Software Systems Engineer at Mitel, where they worked on next-generation cloud application suite, CloudLink and continued to modernize Connect Contact Center's scalability and CI/CD processes. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Software Engineering Contractor at Eliassen Group and is currently a Software Engineer at Domuso.

David Burhans earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering between 2000 and 2006.
