Jennifer R also served as the Director of Customer Success from June 2015 to January 2018 at Tonic Health, where they helped launch new clients and led the integration and customer support teams.

Prior to their roles at Tonic Health, Jennifer worked at Optum (formerly Humedica) as the Strategic Client Manager, Provider Markets from October 2013 to May 2015. In this role, they consulted, educated, and managed accounts for the Optum One product.

Before their time at Optum, Jennifer worked at Baylor University Medical Center. Jennifer R held multiple roles including Manager, Clinical Informatics from September 2011 to October 2013, EHR Physician Coordinator from September 2010 to September 2011, and Registered Nurse from March 2009 to September 2010. During their time at Baylor, they led the implementation of the electronic health record for hospital physicians and played a key role in the EHR implementation and development.

Jennifer also has experience as a Registered Nurse at Northwestern Memorial Hospital from November 2007 to January 2009, Memorial Hospital and Health System from June 2006 to May 2007, Cleveland Clinic from June 2004 to June 2006, and UPMC from June 2003 to June 2004.
