Iratxe Ojer

Iratxe Ojer possesses extensive experience in the field of mental health and social services management, currently serving as Directora de Mentalia Pamplona at DomusVi España since July 2018, overseeing a center for psychogeriatric patients. Prior to this role, Iratxe worked as Coordinadora técnica en Centros de Discapacidad for UTE LAGUNDUZ, where responsibilities included coordinating teams to implement care models. Experience as a consultant at Ikanos Consultores involved evaluating occupational service centers, while earlier positions included work as a psychologist and as Subdirectora de Servicios para la Dependencia at the Government of Navarra, where Iratxe enhanced public dependency services. Additional managerial experience was gained as Gerente de la Asociación LARES NAVARRA and through various roles in employment and training organizations. Iratxe holds a Licentiate degree in Psychology from Universidad de Salamanca and a Master’s in Psychology of Aging and Management of Residences from Universidade da Coruña.
