Jill Stoehr possesses extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles across several industries. Since January 2012, Jill has worked as a Tax Preparer at Tax Back, Inc. dba Jackson Hewitt Tax Service, embracing new challenges in tax preparation. Previously, Jill served as a Customer Service Representative at CLEAResult, addressing customer concerns related to energy savings, and held various positions at Metris USA, Inc., including Customer Service Administrator and Contract Administrator/Receptionist, managing incoming calls and customer inquiries. Jill's earlier experience includes a role as Senior New Business Coordinator at Lincoln Financial Group, where Jill processed new business applications and developed a tracking database, as well as serving as Office Manager at Pacific Life, overseeing day-to-day operations and new business processing.
