Our Mission is to Empower People with Disabilities to live as independently as they choose. This means assisting people with disabilities to live how and where they choose by providing Home and Community based Services in Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Bedford, Blair, Butler, Cambria, Cameron, Clarion, Clearfield, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Fayette, Forest, Greene, Indiana, Jefferson, Lawrence, McKean, Mercer, Potter, Somerset, Venango, Warren, Washington and Westmoreland counties.
