Matthew Pivec has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a career focused on bartending and ownership. Currently serving as a bartender at Don Tito since May 2018 and at Metropolitan Hospitality Group since October 2017, Matthew also holds the position of Principal Owner at WÜDWERX since June 2017. Previous roles include Bar Manager and Bartender at Cava Mezze from July 2013 to October 2017, and additional bartending positions at Don Tito, MHG Group's Circa at Clarendon, and Sushi Rock. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes, graduating in 2012.
