Pam Wood has extensive experience in public service and economic development, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Health and Human Services and Contract Administrator for Doña Ana County since September 2014. Prior to this role, Pam Wood worked at New Mexico State University from June 2005 to August 2014 as the Senior Economic Development Officer and Director of the Arrowhead Business & Research Park. Earlier career positions include Business Manager/Technical Editor at Lockheed Martin in 1996-1997 and Contract Specialist at DynCorp International from 1987 to 1995. Pam Wood holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration from New Mexico State University (2009-2011) and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Spring Hill College, with additional education from Our Lady of Lourdes Academy.
