Rebecca Sandoval Nezzer is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in various HR roles spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Administrator at Doña Ana County since March 2021, Rebecca has previously held multiple positions at New Mexico State University, including Manager of Operations and HR Unit Coordinator. Prior to that, Rebecca worked at First National Bank of Santa Fe as Vice President of Human Resources and Assistant Vice President of Human Resources. Additional experience includes roles as HR Business Partner at Sunflower Bank, N.A., HR/Administrative Assistant at Bank of the Rio Grande, and various positions at State National Bank/Sierra Bank and Spence Asset Management. Rebecca holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from New Mexico State University, earned from 1979 to 1983.
