Jennifer Larios Eddy

Jennifer Larios Eddy has worked in a variety of roles in the professional world since 1998. Jennifer began their career as an Investment Representative at Edward Jones. Jennifer then moved to ATC Healthcare, where they were a Branch Manager. In 2003, they joined NURSES Etc STAFFING as the Director of Government Contracting, where they completed certifications, 8a, GSA FSS, identified and responded to federal procurement opportunities, and gave capabilities briefings to federal contracting officers. In 2011, they returned to NURSES Etc STAFFING as a Business Development Specialist and Recruiter. In 2014, they joined Donald L. Mooney Enterprises as Vice President of Government Services. In this role, they developed partner engagement initiatives, forecasted for strategic changes, and established a repeatable process of defining success and growth metrics. Additionally, they developed and managed strategic account plans and key executive relationships, monitored and communicated partner usage, adoption and performance metrics, and conducted periodic strategic business and operations reviews. Jennifer also served as a Capture Manager and Supplier Diversity and Inclusion Specialist.
