James L. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. James began their career at Choice Hotels Europe, where they worked as a Senior Purchasing Assistant and later as a Manager for Franchise Sales - Europe. James then joined Last Consulting as a Partner, where they worked for over 12 years. In 2008, they started working at Donald Russell Ltd as an IT Systems Administrator and later transitioned to the role of IT Manager. James then progressed to become the Head of Technical Operations & Facilities and subsequently the Head of FM & Engineering, where they were responsible for infrastructure design and management. Currently, they hold the position of Business Transformation Director at Donald Russell Ltd, where they focus on sustainability and reducing the company's impact on the environment. Throughout their career, James has demonstrated their expertise in IT, operations, and project management. Additionally, they have been involved in various leadership positions at NES H4H and PUT Community Co-Operative.

James L. attended Lancaster & Morecambe College from 1994 to 1997 and earned an HND degree in Hotel, Catering, and Institutional Management.
