Rachael Poupard

Rachael Poupard is an experienced marketing and travel consultant with a background in business travel management and customer service. Currently serving as a Marketing Coordinator and On Call Sales Advisor at Donald Russell Ltd since November 2020, Rachael has effectively transitioned into a new industry while enhancing communication skills and customer assistance capabilities. Prior to this role, Rachael was a Senior Business Travel Consultant at Reed & Mackay, where significant involvement in a new travel request system greatly improved client experiences. Additional experience includes positions at American Express Global Business Travel and Munro's Travel Ltd, where Rachael achieved a rapid promotion to Senior Consultant and was instrumental in developing engaging company communications. Rachael holds an HND in Travel and Tourism from North East Scotland College and completed secondary education at Dyce Academy in Aberdeen.
