Andrew McCarthy has a strong background in the golf industry with various roles in different golf clubs. Andrew'smost recent position was as the Head Golf Professional at Donalda Club, where they were responsible for the planning and execution of member golf events, as well as managing staff and inventory. Prior to that, they worked at Copper Creek Golf Club as the Head Tournament Coordinator, overseeing corporate and charity tournaments. Andrew also held the role of First Assistant at Hockley Valley Resort, where they helped implement company policies and procedures and managed corporate events. In addition, they worked as a CPGA Assistant Professional at Barrie Country Club, conducting clinics and ensuring member satisfaction. McCarthy also has experience as a Tournament Coordinator and Assistant Golf Professional at Copper Creek Golf Club, where they managed staff and updated club procedures.

Andrew McCarthy attended McMaster University from 2001 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology. Following this, they attended Humber College from 2004 to 2005, where they obtained a Certificate in Professional Golf Management.
