Carl Einsel started their career as an Associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP in 1996. Carl then worked at Morgan Stanley as a Vice President in their Structured Credit Products Group, where they were responsible for executing synthetic credit product transactions. In 2003, Einsel joined The Donaldson Group, initially serving as Executive Vice President before becoming President and eventually Chief Executive Officer. In 2023, they co-founded and became Principal of Donaldson-KSH Impact Capital, which aims to convert market rate multifamily housing to affordable housing through impact investing strategies.
Carl Einsel attended Fordham University from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics. Carl then went on to pursue a Juris Doctor degree in Law at the New York University School of Law from 1990 to 1992. Additionally, during the same period, they obtained a Doctor of Law - JD degree from the same institution. Carl's educational background consists of a strong focus on both economics and law.
