Matthew Wright

Matthew Wright, CPA, has a diverse work experience in the field of finance and accounting. Matthew has held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Donaldson Capital Management since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at the same company from May 2021 to February 2022. Before joining Donaldson Capital Management, Matthew served as the Assistant Director of Payroll and Business Affairs at EVANSVILLE-VANDERBURGH SCHOOL CORPORATION from May 2017 to May 2021. Matthew also gained valuable experience as a Senior Financial Analyst at AstraZeneca from June 2016 to May 2017 and as a Financial Analyst at Bristol-Myers Squibb from February 2013 to June 2016. Matthew started their professional career at Somerset CPAs, P.C. as a Staff Accountant from October 2010 to December 2012, and later worked as a Senior Accountant there from January 2013 to February 2013. Matthew began their journey in the finance industry as an Intern at BKD, LLP in June 2009.

Matthew Wright, CPA, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Ball State University - Miller College of Business in the years 2005 to 2009. Following this, they pursued a Masters in Business Administration with a general focus at Ball State University from 2009 to 2010. In 2012, Matthew obtained their certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Indiana Board of Accountancy.
