Randy Alsman

Randy Alsman is an accomplished investment advisor and corporate leader with extensive experience in the financial and healthcare sectors. As a Senior Investment Advisor and VP & Senior Portfolio Manager at Donaldson Capital Management since August 2007, Alsman has played a pivotal role in expanding the firm's discretionary Assets Under Management from $300 million to over $1 billion. Previous positions include Senior Vice President roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where Alsman led significant initiatives in managed care and strategic access, and served as President of Mead Johnson Nutritionals, overseeing substantial retail infant and adult nutrition businesses. A graduate of Ball State University with a B.S. in Accounting, Alsman began a career in accounting with Price Waterhouse, where foundational skills in financial analysis were developed.
