Sara Williams

Sara Williams has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent role as the Director of Communications at Donaldson Capital Management since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Communications Manager and GIPS Administrator at the same company from September 2020 to February 2022. Before that, Sara held the position of Client Services Manager and GIPS Administrator at Donaldson Capital Management from July 2018 to September 2020.

Sara's earlier professional experience includes working as an Account Executive and Manager at Fire & Rain from October 2017 to July 2018. Prior to that, they were employed at Fire & Rain (formerly KFS) as a Communications Coordinator from July 2015 to October 2017, where they provided internal support and effectively communicated project status and potential issues to relevant stakeholders.

Sara's career began at Heritage Federal Credit Union, where they worked as a Marketing Support Specialist from July 2012 to July 2015.

Sara Williams completed their bachelor's degree in Spanish Studies from the University of Southern Indiana, graduating in 2011. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications such as "Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®)" and "Project Management Institute's Building Teams That Work" in 2021 and 2016, respectively. Most recently, in 2023, they achieved the "Advanced Certified ScrumMaster" certification from the Scrum Alliance.
