Laura Russell is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at JAMES DONALDSON & SONS LIMITED since July 2021. Prior to this role, Laura was a Human Resources Business Partner at Business Stream and held the position of HR Manager at BAE Systems.
