Al Hovda

Al Hovda has a strong background in engineering and management, with a focus on exhaust and emissions. Al began their career in 1994 as Project Leader at Polaris Industries. In 2000, they joined Donaldson where they held various positions including Engineering Manager, Director of Exhaust/Emissions Engineering, and Manager of Exhaust Aftertreatment-Europe. From 2012 to 2014, they served as Director of Global Business Development, overseeing new product launches and evaluating potential projects. Al then became General Manager of Exhaust & Emissions, followed by General Manager of Air Products. Currently, they are the Vice President of Mobile Solutions Global Engineering at Donaldson.

Al Hovda earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics from the University of Minnesota between 1990 and 1994.
